We needed some warranty work on our lights and I can't express enough how great the whole team was to work with. They are so quick to respond once I sent over the warranty info to Pentair and Rachel was amazing with the communication of when the guys would be here. Jeff, Bryant, and Don (I hope I am not leaving anyone out) are so professional and answered questions I had; especially since I am a new pool owner. It is so hard to find just good customer service now a days, but this is team is great. If anyone needs work done, please give the call. I promise you, you won't regret it.

Incredible experience with this company. New to pool and hot tub owning, I signed up for a “pool school”. Jeff showed me how to operate my pump and filter systems, what chemicals to use to balance the water effectively, proper techniques to continue to keep my pool clean and enjoyable. Great company. We have had the company service the heater and pool pump for our in-the-ground pool equipment several times over the past three years. The staff completing the service is knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain the repairs to us. It is easy to schedule a service appointment and it is easy to pay for the completed service through their electronic invoicing.

We have been using Wade In The Water Pool Service for just about a year now and we are very pleased with the weekly pool service. They come every Thursday at about the same time, which is good because then I know when to bring in our dogs so they won’t bother the guy. In addition to the weekly pool service, we have had them fix several different things that have gone wrong- all done well and in a timely manner. I have never had a problem getting someone on the phone when I have questions about something and when I do have questions, they’re answered by someone who knows what they’re talking about. All in all, a fine company with knowledgeable and helpful owners and staff. We are exceptionally pleased. Thank you for making our pool maintenance simple and stress free.

I've had two great experiences with Wade and his company. The first time he found an issue with my Dolphin brand pool robot that was causing the motor to burn out. It was a small manufacturing defect that he identified and replaced at little cost. The second time he fixed my Salt Cell Generator again at little cost to me. The responsiveness of his team has been fantastic. I highly recommend Wade in the Water for any pool needs!

Excellent service. Tested my salt cell for my pool and it wasn't working. They were able to replace it under warranty even though I had bought it from someone else!
